Location: Shenandoah Road near Fort Hunt Road
The MVHS Key Club hosts a Valentine's Day party and dance for the seniors at the Hollin Hall Senior Center every year, with music, dancing, and lots of food. Everyone is invited from 7:30.

This year's mid-winter conference will be held close by at the Hyatt Regency in Crystal City, beginning with a Casino Night on Friday, February 26. The meetings and events go on through Sunday, February 28, including a Governor's Ball on Saturday night. We should make a heavy showing for this District event as it is so close to home.

Lee Palmer: Installment 2. Lee will continue his narrative of his personal war stories from WWII. Tonight he will focus on the exploits of his National Guard division when it landed at Anzio Beach, its time there under fire, and its breakout and march north.

Service Project: RIF Book Distribution to pre-kinder classes
Time: 9:30-11:30 am
Location: Head Start Center, end of (7100?) Fordson Road
This is the first of three Reading Is Fundamental (RIF) free book distributions we do this year. We pay for the purchase of 500 pre-kinder level books and actually give them individually to the recipient children in the Head Start program at the Center on Fordson Road and to its ancillary office on Route 1. Contact Betty P if you wish to participate in these events. This distribution is to the 3-5 year olds.

Interclub: Fairfax Pancake Breakfast

This is an annual fundraiser by the Fairfax KC, and a great opportunity to go as an Interclub. The $6 per adult ($4 for kids) charge is a bargain for all the chocolate pancakes and other food you can eat. Join us for a fun time. Herb and Betty Puscheck, Lee Palmer, and Barbara Callahan all intend to go.
